Probably a guy who collects and never sales. Have a few guys like this near me who have some nice treasures and won't even talk to you. Ones wife told me she can't wait for the day she can get rid of all the junk. Has a 427 still on the wooden pallet he ordered from ford in the 60's.

If I am not mistaken this shop is 10 mins from me.  This guy is a super nice guys and rents some of these cars out to the movies and the white car is not a Shelby; no Shelbys in this place.  Other than mine when I drive uo there..
