The carter at building was razed for over-priced condos.

I swung by there this morning. First time I had been down there in 4 or 5 years.

All I can say is, the folks there were at SAAC-27 and went on the tour, count your blessings, save your pictures/videos because it doesn't look like the 1042 Princeton we remember is going to be around much longer. Cry
