sportyworty

Could you please try reposting this awesome photo - I can only get the 'dreaded black box'.

Thanks!

From 1969 school annual, picture probably taken in late 1968. The reason I post it, it was one of sixteen K code convertibles from 1967. Sorry for poor quality, it's the best I could do.

How can you tell this is a K code?

I'd say no. Look at the 66 Shelbys in the background.

Look at the unpainted 427 S/C on the left. Looks like the front tire is flat and the rear portion of the rear fender flare has been altered.

Great shot. Smiley
Do you think that is an Ivy green or raven black 66 in the back ground, if its black it could be mine Smiley

Early 70's 67 GT 500. My first Shelby. .. Late 1970's GT 500 convert. My 4th or 5th Shelby from what I remember. Thinking here. I still have the magstar wheel from the 67 up in my "stuff" .

THANKS a lot sportyworty!

Original LAX photos are priceless - Can you share any more info about this photo with us?
It looks like an old photograph you took - or was it an image you found?
In any case, it couldn't have been shared anywhere else to be more appreciated than it was here.
Thanks again!   Chug a Lug
