Was the COBRA machined, polished or just blasted aluminum like the rest of the manifold? I understand that the pan COBRA, Powered by Ford and side fins were polished, not sure on the intake . Thanks in advance.

It was "high lighted". You can duplicate that fairly easily by taking a piece of 220 grit sand paper, wrapping it around a small wood block and sanding in one direction.

That is about the finish the COBRA was new and considering what they cost then, more likely then not, how it was done to begin with.
