Does anyone know of a current mix # for a catalyzed urethane? I see there is DUPLI-COLOR 1923 in cans , but the engine is out and spraying by gun is not a issue, so catalyzed may be a better choice? It appears the old PPG DAR #  is no longer available.  Thanks in advance.

When my buddy painted an engine of mine around a year ago he got the blue mixed at his local paint shop.
I'm pretty sure they cross referenced PPG 13358 and he added around 15% flatterer and it came out nice.
We also tried some of the Bill Hersh Ford blue and it didn't look right to me.
I also read that POR makes a pretty good match.

The POR engine blue I have seen was not a good match. Best to use the PPG products as mentioned IMO.

Thanks Bob.  I was just passing on what I had read and don't have first hand experience with the POR blue.
Thanks for sharing your first hand experience.
