I am getting ready to replace my Battery Ok Sticker on my 1967 Shelby after 27 years and want to be sure of the correct marking.  I remember a thread that showed the markings, but cannot seem to use the correct wording to find it.  Does anyone know the thread or can post a picture of what the sticker should look like?

Thanks for any help.

Jeff Speegle is a good one to talk to regarding those...

there maybe some info on the other website he oversees too
ConcoursMustang.com

edit:
I believe that was a San Jose applied item, not done at Shelby ;-)

Thanks for the information.  I will check that out and maybe he will chime in here.

Yes, they were typically applied to every car but they were only for Ford assemblyline and so no thought was given to longevity. They were paper tags and not covered with plastic or cellophane over paper like many wiring labels for example. Some would dry out and flake off others would get wet and start to disintegrate . Some survived most didn't.I will let Jeff S do his picture thing.

That would be great if Jeff could post a picture(s).  It would be worth a thousand words.

In no big hurry for the information.  I am sure he will get to it when he can.
