Here we have a complete, 1968 Ford 302 "J code" engine with the impossible to find Thermactor or smog heads. As you can see, the assembly date of this engine is February 26, 1968 making it perfect for either a California Special or a Shelby GT350 with a manual transmission. Only 1968 302 4V's with a manual transmission got this engine. I do not think that this engine has ever been apart. It was in a running, driving vehicle with 80,000 miles two weeks ago. It will need a rebuild. Extras include; a flywheel and bellhousing, fuel pump, fan, fan spacer, motor mounts, it has newer Holley carb, the original air cleaner assembly, the heat riser, the date and part number correct 4V intake. The timing cover, large balancer, oil pan, water pump, engine mounts and thermostat housing are also included. The heads are machined to accept the smog ferrules. They can easily be plugged if you like. As you can see, this is a very complete and very hard to find ORIGINAL motor with many extra parts. Motor turns over easily, it is not stuck. It is on a pallet and ready for shipping. $1200 plus the ride. Lots of pictures on eBay. No smog.

SOLD. Thank you for your interest but the item has been sold.
