Would anyone happen to know the Shelby ID for this GT350?

It has been at this Indiana Spring fling in 2014, 2015 and 2017. The grille mounted SAAC 19 badge caught my eye on this Magstar equipped Shelby.
The inboards grille lights could indicate it's an early - mid number car, but the raised taillight panel and GT valance would place it at the end of that run.
(if these details are original to the car)

I recall that Indiana SAAC had an on-line newsletter.  You might want to look it up and see.  I've seen that car also numerous times but have not been to the Spring Fling for the past few years.

Thanks Rodney,
I couldn't find any online newsletters, but I was up and down the Indiana SAAC website. They have popular vote results from the past four years. None of the owners names were repeats, and nothing showed up in the registry matching this red '67 GT350. So, for now it stays in my "mystery ID" folder.
