8-vane NOS "HiPo".  He knows better.
Technically, the water pump casting # and being aluminum is hipo and could be turned into a functional hipo pump by removing the 8 vane and installing the 6 vane kit. From my understanding, from the factory the only differences were the impellers because the castings were identical whether a 6 or 8 vane.
He needs to add to his listing,"does not have correct impeller", but thats just pookie HeadSpin

We know that but, to the uninitiated, they think it's a real HiPo WP.

My wife and I drove our 67 Mustang to a car show in Maggie Valley,NC yesterday to the 44th NE Georgia Mustang Club car show and Pookie was there. Me and a few of my Mustang buds went over to his area where he was selling. We found so much SH*# that was so misrepresented it was unreal. But on the other hand he did have some stuff that was right.
But, as we all know, again, it's just Pookie and his antics.

It has to be a NOS water pump because written right on it, in black felt tipped marker, it says 289 Hipo. That's the way it came from the factory right?   Hysterical

They sell a really nice speck-ily water pump at NaPA for like $25 that looks great.
It's kind of be-dazzled.
