Any one have a good source for a replacement distributor cap on my Hi-Po? Thanks in advance, Denny

  Repop "Autolite" cap is available at Virginia Classic Mustang.

66s  never came with Autolite.  They had Fomoco on the inside and 1  on the outside

  +1 Autolite was later '67 up.  So unless you are going concours , a simple black cap with a 1 ( for #1cyl) is all you need. Vintage FoMoCo caps are a rare find , nos is almost like hen's teeth by now.

Disregarding the incorrect "1" in the circle , the style of the "1" comes into play also.

I've always liked the Echlin FA-79 caps, they are similar to the OE FoMoCo caps but not identical if that is what you're after. Pretty sure you can still get them from NAPA...

Thanks for all the quick replys to my post. I was told by my good friend 6S1615 that VCM sells one with the number 1 on it. Next time I order from Brant, I'll get one. Denny
