This special Shelby was treated to a high end show quality restoration.

The underside is highly detailed with correct red oxide paint. This is a very correct and authentic Shelby.

Owner contacted me a while back as they know I'm a same-day cash buyer on all Shelby Automobiles and they wanted to sell it for $129,900 - it's been advertised on numerous websites, after that, as well.

Only a few miles from my house.  If anyone needs a quick check or PPI, let me know.

It's safe to say this is not a concours example.  A nice looking driver.

I surprised you didn't snatch at full retail plus...

Either that or as you get older you're getting more color blind. Hysterical

Contrary to the seller's claims it was actually a popular color

Ford must have got a closeout price on that paint. I had 3 Cougars that color, my dad had a Galaxie, the neighbor had a Merc. It grows on you. Cool one

Something like 40% of 68 Mustangs were painted that color.  Must have matched the Avocado kitchen appliances well...  HeadSpin

I just saw the color on a 70 Camaro. The color has re-emerged on some of the new cars. They call it something different but I know what it is. They can't lie to me about it.

I think it's some kind of radical political movement if you ask me.  Some kind of pinkos?  Wink
