In case you haven't heard, LASAAC will be having its annual car show this year on Saturday, September 16th, in lovely Marina Del Rey (4220 Admiralty Way, next door to the Hilton Garden Inn and across the street from Killer Shrimp).  Show will be from 10am until 3pm, with 1967 Shelby Mustangs being featured.  Guest of honor will be Rich McDonald, son of the late, great Dave McDonald.  Registration form is attached.

Also, the Friday night before the show, we'll be having a get together at Killer Shrimp.  More details to follow but we can share that after some good eats, Rich McDonald will be giving a presentation on his father, from his early Corvette days through the Shelby American glory years.  Details on cost, times, etc. to follow shortly.

A thank you to LASAAC for putting on a great show on Saturday!  Even though the venue changed, there were many great cars and a good time had by all. Lunch at Killer Shrimp was very good as well.  An added treat was Jay Leno bringing his new Ford GT to the show.  What an Awesome car! Looking forward to next year's show.
