I would do the LeMans stripes in vinyl.

Easy to repair or remove, looks great when done well.

^^+1  Cowl will be a PITA, but if you ever want to sell, painted stripes will drive some buyers away.

with parchment interior, not a lot of those, would be striking.

Yeah our car is 1 out of 49 lime gold with parchment.
I just don't like lime gold. I seen a nightmist blue car in person and looks amazing

Blue is a beautiful color . I hope you don't regret the color change down the road when you pass the car on. If you plan on keeping the car forever I suppose it doesn't make a difference and let you heirs deal with the diminished value. Color change cars take a big hit price wise even when it is too a great color like night mist. A Lime gold with parchment is very striking and is very desirable too. I just thought I would mention it. Best of luck with whatever you decide.  Chug a Lug

Could not agree more.  After 27 years(my 67), and 22 years(my 66), I regret adding the stripes.  Fortunately, they are original colors.  The car will be stunning Lime Gold with parchment interior.
