I saw this Nightmist Blue '67 in Bill Cook's "Boss Mustang" Flickr photo album. 2010 "All Fords and Mustangs Car Show" in Birch Run, Michigan.

The old style BFGs first caught my eye then I saw the '69 Shelby emblem on the front fender.
It's not in my photo files so I'm hoping for help to ID it. Notice the Michigan "Great Lakes" front plate.

It might be #0062 since that is the only early Nightmist Blue GT350 noted in the 2011 registry in Michigan. Can anyone confirm this guess.
Ok it's not #0062, That car is noted in the registry footnotes as White with blue lemans stripes.

Also. I'm looking for a rear view photo to see if it has a flat gas cap.

Thanks for any help.
Rich

Not at my office, can check much later.

Looks like the light unit (second image) has delaminated from the back of the scoop.

Also,

Thanks JD,
Your link helps explain the "YES" note in my USL list for #62. Clearly that car is white, so it's not the Nightmist Blue car I'm searching for above.

Rich is it car #89 ?
I kinda doubt it but I did find some photos of #89 with the same oil fill cap, but too many other things didn't match the two images you posted although these cars do get reworked.  The images I have of #89 show a convex gas filler emblem.

Thanks for checking JD! I don't feel good about it being #89. 2011 registry has that car in CA since '95 noting 2525/a 4/2010 update in the grid codes. The photo above of the Mystery Nightmist Blue was taken 9/25/2010 in MI. That's cutting it close in the timeframe, but of course possible.

As you point out, there are a lot of differences in the engine compartment (no monte carlo brace, unpainted shock towers, white shocks, no orange stick on air cleaner, compared to photos of the engine of #89) I don't have a date on the comparison photos of #89, by any chance do you?
