I picked up some Mustang and Shelby literature today from a guy who bought it from an estate. He had 1000's of pieces with probably 90% of them being for Ford  products all the way back to the 50's.

One of the items I picked up was a Ford High-Performance Equipment manual. I am not sure if it is an original or not and I am looking for some help in determining if it is. It is in excellent shape and at the bottom of the Index page is "First Printing,October 1965,Ford Motor Company". On the back cover in the bottom left corner is "FORM 7822-66". Anyone have an idea if it is original or not? Thanks....Greg.

It sounds like it's original, mine has those numbers but I can't make out fully the "FORM" one fully. Vern will chime in. You didn't by chance get a Koni shock pamphlet?  Chug a Lug

No, I did not see any of those.

He only had about 4 or 5 Shelby items. Got a few '67 items,'69 brochure and mostly Mustang brochures and a few owners manuals for 69 Mustang.
Also got some promotional stuff. One I have never seen before (consisted of 3 pieces) was for the removable hardtop roof for a 65-6 convert.

The repro usually has a glossy front/back cover.

Yeah those Koni Pamphlets are a bit on the rare side, sounds like a cool lot though

I have this 1966 brochure, three fold out pages, printed both sides, also includes the Mustang. No form numbers, printed by Ford of Canada.

Also this "Action Cars For 67" brochure, four fold out pages, printed both sides on heavy stock. Bottom of one page has "form no. 132067" printed in Canada by Ford Motor Company.

Mike (honker)

ps: sorry 'bout the size, both are a little too large for my scanner.

Neat stuff.

I also picked up small manuals that were "Supplement to 1968 Owner's and Operator's Manual special information for Canadian Owners".

The front half was English and the back half was French. It too was "Printed in Canada   SE-712-68" on the front cover.

Also got a brochure for the California Special  and some items that were for the salesman's briefcase.

Yo! Sorry dudes, just saw this thread..

Post a good picture of the front cover of the Hipo manual and a few pictures of the inside of the manual- specifically the pages where there are various depictions of the carb/intake setups and other engine parts.

Kind regards,
Vern
