I believe this is either GT/104 or GT/105 but can't find any confirmation.
The series of photos report the event as the 1964 US G.P / Watkins Glen,
the car has the "Nassau" nose with early air vents, wire wheels and the spoilered rear bodywork.
The 2nd photo shows Don Frey at the microphone.

any help ID'ing the car is appreciated!

If my notes are correct this WG GP was 6/28/64. My notes were wrong, the 1964 US GP was 10/4/64, as you probably already knew.
GT/102-103-104 were at Le Mans 6/21/64. GT/104 was a DNF, burnt up from a fire that put it out of the race.
I don't think any of the Lemans cars would have made it back and have been cleaned up in time for delivery to WG.
It seems more likely it would be GT/105, but I can't confirm this.
