Were the thermactor tubes installed when the engine was painted? Is the correct paint color on tubes and engine hooks, the infamous Ford corporate blue?

Engine hooks were painted by the supplier and installed after the engine was painted. I've found them typically a blue with a greenish tint when compared to the engine color

I believe the thermactor tubes were installed when the engine was painted.  I have original take off sets that show the paint on the top side but bare or runs on the underside.  Thats what I have seen...

+1 Factory photos (engine assembly line) show them as engine color.
