I haven't seen this one posted...check out the Mustang Style steel wheels and lack of front bumper.
All the pictures I have show it with either steel rims with pie tin center caps or the American Racing mags....and a front bumper.

Very Cool!
Seen period pics w 66 10 spokes as well.
I recall the Econoline coming from the factory w 5 lug 13" rims though (?).

Here's a pic of the van & trailer at Green Valley, Texas, 1967.

Nice ad. Interesting that the ad claims the new model has "stronger bumpers" but the artist rendering has no bumpers at all. Must be new "virtual" bumpers. Perhaps this is the "R" model pictured.

It was an internet find, no magazine name was listed.

Richstang, after digging around, the same ad word for word, with a red panel pasted into the same background, was in the April 5th. 1965 copy of News Week.

Thanks Mike, good work!
I found a photo of that Ford Econoline ad with the red van.
It has the front & rear bumpers as well as steel rims with the center caps.

You have to wonder if someone went crazy with photo shop and made this alternative CS version ad?
If they did it was extremely well done.
 Undecided

Yes trailer (and rims) is super cool, as well as that 'Heavy Duty'  Econoline.
These things ended up somewhere?Huh?

That window van was called the Falcon Club Wagon, not the Econoline...check the emblem on the front door
Pete / Coralsnake has the pics posted on his website.

You have to wonder if they will show up someday.
There must be a SA ledger somewhere that shows the VIN!
