I'm trying to find an article Bill or Bud wrote about, only being the keeper of the key  and passing ownership to family or others.  I thought it was in one of the registry's but I can find it... anyone remember the letter ?

See page #698 in the Cobra Registry. The car is CSX3102 that had the body from CSX3005.

Bill and Bud sold the car at the Mecum auction in Monterey, CA in 2010, and the buyer later resold it at the 2015 RM Scottsdale, AZ auction. Car is now in CA.

Why I asked is I am getting to a point of possibly selling some cars. I remembered reading the letter and how I felt the same way.. I always allowed kids to sit in my cars and even allowed some people to make a lap or 2... I said I would never sell any and would pass them down to my children... life dictates change.. Bill and Bud came to a point in their lives a decision was made to sell. Not an easy decision, as some may think.
