We are planning on having a cruise to Indy for SAAC 42 this year.   Chug a Lug

An email blast with details will be sent out in the next week or two with all the details.   Cool one

We will likely establish two meeting points on the highway's Oasis/Plaza.

Dan Sliwinski and John Guinta are our leads and will also establish the route and possible stop for lunch.   Popcorn

Departure  PeelOut will be Thursday morning of the SAAC event week.

Stay tuned and ask questions if you have any.

Best to all!   Party on

I'm in for this if you don't mind some MN plates in the gang (:

Everyone is welcome to join us. I have been working on a route and a meeting place.  I wanted to drive some other routes before I pick one I hope to have more information in the next few weeks.
    Thanks,  Dan

We're in. Driving the SA/Ford Flex and towing our hotel. Bringing the grandson. It'll be his 3rd SAAC and we're going to make it a car/family history trip for him. Gonna bring a can of spray paint so he can tag Cadillac Ranch - then SAAC (hopefully he's gotten tagging cars out of his system) - Then the Corvette National sinkhole - then his ggetc grandfathers place that is now a state park and the birthplace of KY horse racing. He wants to pan for diamonds in AR. Then the Alamo where he had a cousin die. Finally leaving the free world and returning to Kommifornia.
Anybody in the area have tips for RV parks close to Indy? We can stay at the track for only $30 for 4 nights but it's just a gravel lot with no electric or water.

Anyone reading this and in the Chicago-land area or passing through WEDNESDAY, JUNE 7th. to get tech out of the way and be ready to open track Thursday and want to have company for the ride just chime in to me as I plan to leave the SW suburban area of Chicago Wednesday, June 7th. at 6 to 7 am. The level of response will dictate the route.
