is the 67 GT500 number 2475 (67401F5A02475) in the registry?

They are all in the registry just a matter of what it says
Was on eBay in 2009 unknown after that

There are both of those things in the registry although for the most comprehensive originality assessment of the car a in person inspection is best.

...enough to acknowledge the problem, devise the "fix" and allow for "payment" from the factory.

Also note the date on the TSB for the Mag Star wrench issue, cars had been out for 5 months!!

Wasn't originally a Shelby issue but an issue with the new 70 series tires installed on the 67 Mustangs that year (though it effected the Shelby production as can be seen in the TSB). Ford documents discuss using the old baseball bat trick on those cars in stock and that the factory would be addressing the issue going forward
