That is correct the "Grab N Go" franchises are in certain areas of the country. Down hear M.P. and M.D.P. take their jobs seriously and do what needs to done to curtail certain behaviors

This year on the great M.L.K day / parade  we had almost zero participation like previous years of shenanigans, riding of atv off road bikes etc.

By the way went by a walmart and sent in my application for one 9f those $400K greeter jobs.

No, you've got it wrong I know of at least three in the S Florida area that clear this and more at the end of the year.

I would attempt to explain but dealing with people have limits and always been hourly wage workers, I know I would just be wasting my energy.
