Are you referring to the B&W GT500 convertible and GT500 fastback (Galaxie Hubcaps) with the front side markers in the side stripe?
If so I've never seen them with the date block. I believe there are 4 photos of each car in the Ford Design Courtyard as found on "Ford Images" website.

I don't think that 150013-42 is related to a date block number. By that point in time they were a five digit number following the "S" not six
Example; "S-12345-01"
If by some mistake it was a typo error and was actually 15013-42 that would put the Ford date after Nov 10, 1969. So I don't think is a date.
