The photo of the parking lamp & retainer is a 68 style retainer not a 67. The 67 parking lamp retainer's have the center section's stamped out. It looks like a U instead of a full cup like in the photo

Gee, I thought we were looking at a '68 GT350 HeadSpin

You are looking at a 68 GT350. He stated that the park lamp retainers were 1967 style and they are not. They are the 68 style.

This shot looks like it had GT written on back of manifold / and you can see location of vin in rear of block (flat section behind manifold)
