Tony's whacked out attraction to flooded Flori-DUH! cars. Maybe you should own a boat instead.

Is that one of those amphicars? What about the house...and the cow floating by right after the witch?

Floridians always were "special".

Some where some one is driving their collector car for the last time but they don't know it . Drive your car every time like it could be the last memory of it .

Just an incredible vehicle....
Do maritime laws prevail? Toss a line on it and own it?

Well I admit that there is nothing anyone can do with a catagory 5 (almost) hurricane except get out of the way.

The scene is nothing less then a tragedy for everyone involved.

Now this wasn't exactly a "perfect storm scenario" but I'm thinking that risk assessment left something to be desired.

With an expected storm serge of 17 feet and your garage floor is 3 feet off of high tide, there was too little thought put into storage.

You could tie yourself to a tree, the top of a TALL tree and hope it doesn't get blown away like Tarzan did but the car is a goner.

Some of those cars may clean up alright. You won't know until each and every one is assessed. I would think that most of them are repairable.

I've done a few flood repairs where they were both in flash floods with water over the roof. They both cleaned up very well.

Of course those had "Vinyl" upholstery. These super plush leathers like in the new Shelbys are pretty much done. Expensive too.
