You will need to research whether your build calls for thermactor or non-thermactor emissions C7 Hipo heads. What is the date range on  the heads you want? You will need to add to your search list a correct HiPo dizzy dated prior to engine assy date. You can add that after the engine is running as far as that goes. Same with carb and fuel pump.
good luck

FYI the fan shroud is the same whether A/C or no A/C . You will have to provide a email address as you can not include pictures in a PM.

Hi, Are you looking for an S2MS or S7MS intake?  Thermactor  or non thermactor heads?  What date on the heads?  I have a 67 engine I'm probably going to part out.  Let me know what date your looking for, I might have a lot of the parts you need.  Terry in Michigan

Thanks for the replies in forum and PM’s. Build date was 3/14/67. Unless there are other opinions need first week of March or before back to January. Heads, if I remember correctly, for the C7ZE are not date coded like the standard 289 but you guys are mush more knowledgeable than me. Found an S2MS and will be picking up today as long as everything matches the picture and thanks to the “engineer”.  JD is correct non-thermactor and if there is a standard for date, 30 days or more before build date, please let me know. Dmglover@sbcglobal.net for pictures please. Appreciate the responses!

I think the first week of March is too late, the heads were cast in Cleveland Ohio machined and the engine built then sent to San Jose (Milpitas, CA) to be installed in the car, two weeks seems a bit tight.        (then sent to Shelby to be completed).

Heads are date coded, it is under the valve cover.

Image added, 6B25 = 1966 Feb 25th - as an example

also note for HiPo Heads screw-in rocker studs and recessed pockets for valve springs as well as other molded-in identifiers.

FYI there are numerous versions of S2MS intakes . They evolved over time . For example your build would be a little too early for the late S2MS with the large S2MS letters and extra threaded hole for mounting the coil on the intake and two holes on the rear runner for smog valve on the rear . The smog S2 is typically seen on later production then yours 67's. More appropriate would be the  S2 in smaller letters ,no extra threaded holes and COBRA with a slanted cut on the end by the "A".
