As the club puts together this year's events, one of the first things is to nail down a logo, so we can use it to promote. Here is the running idea for the tour decal & artwork: Your thoughts?

Good one Rich!
Trying a new artwork idea taking pictures from last year's event and incorporating them. Still working on the main logo, proving harder.

I like it.
Do the main logo as a Boss9. It's been a popular subject here lately. Maybe if it's the main logo a few will show up.....

Hmmm.... It has some good possibilities, how's your graphic work? Run with it!

Here's the T-shirt and dash plaque artwork idea from our vendor: OK - I will weigh in. I have some experience here, as I did the dash plaque designs for the Gettysburg Spring Battlefield Meets for 25 years. The proposed design looks way too busy to me. First, it incorporates an excessive number of design elements that are cluttering it up. And if you are using actual photographs, you should edit out distracting details like dash cards, windshield inspection stickers, show classification signs, etc. I don't like the "hood up" look either. And why two '68's? You are also repeating yourself with "2012" mentioned twice. I can hear Dan now: OK Bill - Don't hold back - tell us what you REALLY think!

Way too busy..... Lose the leaves, put an early Shelby facing one way (pointed towards the center of the design), put a late Shelby facing the other way (again pointed towards the center of the design).....If you want, put a nice Cobra just above and centered facing downwards (again towards the center of the design)....... If it is the 50th for the Cobra, then why no Cobra? Did Dominic pay you to put his car on there? LOL. How much will it cost to get my T Bird on there?

^^ Not so fast..... :-) We need to get a Boss9 on there. Then we can have "Got Hemi" on there.

Some good stuff! yes, too busy, agreed. Trying to use pics rather than stock artwork. And, D&D's cars were parked together. I do like the new 500 in the background, maybe work with that theme, say a Cobra across in front? More brain storming....
