Congratulations. Nice car and a great deal. The car was local to our area.

I bought it from Bill Shaw who frequents the ffcars.com site, great guy has been very helpful. I used to have a FFR roadster for a number of years and always wanted a coupe. Its a nice build messaged 302 EFI T5, low mileage looks brand new.

My intentions are to just play with it for a while then get ready to run it at the Texas Mile. I'm  going next week with my girlfriend to check it out and see how they run things. Then I will be taking out the 302 and put in either a 331 variant or the new Ford Racing Boss based 363. Basically a weekend warrior street car then couple times a year do the mile or track day nearby.

Should be some fun!

I remember seeing Bill's car up close, you got a nicely thought out build.......A little anemic with his(your) current drivetrain, but I see you have some thoughts on that already  PeelOut

Spicey,

If you're going to run the Texas Mile then you should opt for a Kenny Duttweiler built twin-turbo setup that makes 2000+ horsepower.

Let me know if you go to the Texas Mile as I may join you.
