By the way...I REALLY WONDER HOW MANY OF THE "HATERS" actually OWN a Classic Shelby in their garage...or even a nice clean mustang! like mine!

So Long!

well i just got done working on a pair of 68 shelbys this morning, didnt have time to work in the 70 shelby on my hoist.  if you want to know how many haters actually own shelbys you should buy a saac registry. i would bet the % of owners of shelbys in this thread is really high.

all right, we have a genuine dodge shelby out back behind the shop. im willing to sell it to you for stupid money, its a real dodge shelby but i won't guarantee it will be included in the registry.let me know if you are interested im toying with the thought of hauling it to the crusher. it would look good with your collection!

i am impressed though you have gone from newbie to junior member all in one thread that is pretty rare.

all in all you have a very nice car it just how it is presented that is ruffling a few feathers. have a good day

After sifting thru all these messages the common thread that runs thru them all is your belief that a CONTINUATION car will have some tie to an original car. Shelbys dont have continuation cars, they either are one or they are not!

In 1980, Carroll Shelby began building 12 continuation GT350s. The complete story can be read in, you got it, the SAAC Shelby Registry 1965-1966-1967 4th Edition 2011.

The user, GT500ESS073, has been banned for tampering with too many prior posts.

He somehow felt that deleting all his posts would make this go away.

It will not.

We will reconstruct the thread for historical purposes, but for now, he's history and you can all move on...there's nothing to see.
