Dan, in what why is the bracket different then the Tiger version so I know the nuance difference to look for?

Bob,
The two parts look much the same but the one for a Cobra has more metal thickness at the bellhousing bolt holes, a lot more. The cast in markings are completely different. The Cobra part has the same maker's mark cast in as the Cobra alternator bracket.
