Is there a date code etched on the glass? Should read like L - AX - 5  or similar.

Hi, they didn't do etchings on the glass. The engraving is under the mount and shown in the picture. DS - 100021

Originals, and all the NOS mirrors I've seen, have the code mentioned by trotrof1 etched on the outside edge of the glass. Very small and can be hard to see...
