Not sure if this 1967 Le Mans pic has been posted before. In the latest issue of C&D, I assume the GT350 is 5R539 driven by Claude Dubois...

It wouldn't be a CSX. The car is an AC Ace or Bristol re-powered by a 260.

Thanks CobraNed & camp upshur for the correction on my post, it is a AC at Bonneville, first clue was the nose shape ! Should have caught that  Head knock

That is the Alex Tremulis machine at Bonneville, the Mustang is Tremulis idea for better aero on the fast back.

  Photo on reply 2587.  Studying the photo.  Not sure that is a 65 Shelby GT 350, as, there seems to be the "Mustang" and ""289" emblems on the front fender.  Also, no side stripes yet over the roof stripes.  Cool car either way.
