Title: Autolite air cleaner decal - Shock tower service decal- 1966 GT350
Post by: kram350 on December 05, 2017, 08:41:09 PM
The Autolite decal on the air cleaner should be; straight or curved and if a straight decal, orientated to be read from the front of the car?

The shock tower service decal should be a bright chrome finish or a brushed satin finish?

Thanks in advance.

Depends - would help knowing what car or when it was approx built at Ford. Lots of cars may not have had the AUTOLITE  stciker as discussed in a number of prior threads

Not shinny IMHO don't think they were exactly brushed either originally

The ECS repro shock tower decal has much better detail than the older repro.

Given that time period and what I have I would suggest the curved style AUTOLITE service sticker 180 degrees off of the CU Inch sticker
