Searching for Lucas Type Fog Light mounting block. (Qty 1)
The photo below has this highlighted.. pointing to hardware spacer.
Any information is appreciated.

The thick one is factory, the other one is not

Thank you for setting me straight in this.
Below are photos of the fog lights that came mounted on my KR.
This is the hardware that was used.
Based on what you have said... then delete the extra metal spacer and then this would be correct, as per factory installation. 
Also included a screen shot of the Ford parts book for reference.

The light on the bottom of your photo has the correct hardware

I believe that the thinner spacer was used on regular Mustang fog lights.

I had a larger diameter regular spacer and the inner tooth style washer... should there only be the inner tooth washer?  Late April '68 Ford build, assume May Shelby build.
